Advertising and information packages of Exhibitions:

GENERAL PARTNER OF THE EXHIBITION
  • Placement of information about the Partner (indicating the status and placement of the logo) in their media resources (information on the Exhibition website, in the press release and post-release of the Exposition, posting posts in social networks). Mailing with the address database of more than 100 thousand e-mail addresses (three times within 3 months).
  • Placement of the logo on the official website of the Exposition in the "Partners" section (for 6 months).
  • Permission to use the status of "General (informational) Partner of the exposition" or "General Internet Partner of the exposition" in the promotional materials during the year.
  • Placement of information materials (text, photo, logo, contact block) of the Partner in a special section on the official catalog of the Exposition with an indication of the status.
  • Highlighting the Partner's logo in the alphabetical list of participants in the official Exposition catalog.
  • Full-color advertising layout (1 strip) of the Partner in the official Exposition catalog (the layout is provided under technical requirements), A5 format.
  • The Partner's logo placement on the billboard of the Exposition, placed on the territory of the exhibition complex and in the pavilions of the exposition (the organizer determines placement of the logo).
  • Placement of 3 advertising structures in the exposition pavilion (Tritex size 2.0*2.0 m) of the Partner in places agreed with the Organizer (designs are provided by the Organizer).
  •  Permission to distribute advertising and information products (circulation is not limited) at the Exposition venue:
- reception desks,
- information desks
- distribution in the pavilion (by the customer).
  • Layout on the visitors package (1 lane/side, issued at the entrance after registration).
  • The opportunity to hold a presentation in an equipped conference room, combined with the announcement of the event in social networks, on the website and in the exposition catalog in the "Business Program" section

  • Broadcast of the Partner's promotional videos on the video wall in the exposition registration area.
OFFICIAL PARTNER OF THE EXHIBITION
  • Permission to use the status of "Official Information Partner" or "Official Media Partner" or "Official Internet Partner" in the promotional materials during the year.
  • Placement of the Information Partner's logo on the information support page of the official Exposition catalog indicating the status (the order and location of the logo is determined by the organizer).
  • Placement of a colored advertising layout (1 strip) of the Information of the Partner in the official Exposition catalog (the layout is provided according to the technical requirements of the Organizer), A5.
  • Placement of the logo on the official website of the Exposition in the section "Information partners" (for 6 months).
  • Placement of the Information Partner's logo on the navigational outdoor advertising of the Exposition, placed on the territory of the expo and in the pavilions (the organizer determines the location of the logo).
  • Providing the opportunity to place one advertising structure (Tritix 2.0* 2.0 m in size) of the Information Partner in places agreed with the Organizer (designs are provided by the Organizer).
  • The opportunity to hold a presentation of your company in an equipped conference room with the announcement of the event in social networks, on the website and in the exposition catalog in the "Business Program" section (no more than 45 minutes).
  • Broadcast of the Partner's promotional videos on the video wall in registration area.
INFORMATION PARTNER OF THE EXHIBITION
  • Placement of the Information Partner's logo on the information support page of the official Exposition catalog with an indication of the status (the Organizer determines the location and design of the logo).
  • Placement of a color advertising layout (1 strip) of the Information Partner in the official Exposition catalog (the layout is provided according to the technical requirements of the Organizer), A5.
  • Placement of the Information Partner's logo on the official website of the Exposition in the section "Information Partners" (for 3 months).
  • Placement of the Information Partner's logo on the navigational outdoor advertising of the Exhibition, placed on the territory of the expo complex and in the pavilions (the Organizer determines the location of the logo).
  • Posting information about the Information Partner in the social networks of the exposition (no more than 3 posts).
  • Display of advertising products of the Information Partner on the territory of the Exposition:

  • Provision of a workplace in the Media area.
INFORMATION PARTNER OF THE EXHIBITION (online participation)
  • Placement of a color advertising layout (1 strip) of the Information Partner in the official Exposition guide catalog (the layout is provided according to the technical requirements of the Organizer), A5
  • Placement of the Information Partner's logo on the official website of the Exposition in the section "Information Partners" (for 3 months).
  • Placement of the Information Partner's logo on the navigational outdoor advertising of the Exhibition, placed on the territory of the expo complex and in the pavilions (the Organizer determines the location of the logo).
  • Display of advertising products of the Information Partner on the territory of the Exposition:
- reception desks,
- information desks
  • Posting information about the Information Partner in the social networks of the exhibition (no more than 2 posts).

The content of sponsorship and advertising packages could be adjusted upon request in accordance with the marketing goals and objectives of the participants.
